The STHHA is a non-profit organization, whose purpose is to serve and represent the Horsemen that race at Tioga Downs.

The STHHA and Tioga downs will be sponsoring the second annual “It Takes A Village” scholarship night on July 26th. There will be amateur clubs competing and six $1000 scholarships will be available for graduating seniors who are off to college or trade school. Any one who is interested applying for a scholarship is urged to write about yourself in an email to taftstable65@gmail.com. Remember to include all your contact information. Thank you!
