Membership to the STHHA is renewed on a yearly basis by completing the on-line membership form and paying $31 in dues for an owner/driver/trainer. Groom/vender is $21 and a Catch Driver is $102. Besides supporting the STHHA in negotiating with track management and supporting philanthropic activities, your membership also entitles you to the following benefits.
The minimum amount a Driver can earn for driving in overnight events at Tioga Downs is $20.00 for the 2023 racing season. If your 5% commission does not amount to at least $20.00, the S.T.H.H.A. will make up the difference and you will be paid by separate check, every two weeks.
